Valts Feldbergs joined Printful 5 years ago during the early development stages of the print-on-demand industry. Before Printful, he worked at a small cosmetics company when the print-on-demand concept was beginning to emerge.
The path to Printful opened up through a stroke of luck. Former college buddies who had already found their way into the company saw something special brewing there. They knew about Printful’s incredible growth potential and encouraged him to get on board. Excited by what he learned about the company, he submitted his application and soon found himself interviewing with its then-CEO.
When Valts joined, He was relatively young and new to the print-on-demand industry. However, he quickly grasped the unique opportunity that print-on-demand presented compared to traditional dropshipping. As he began managing the first partners at Printful, he developed a deeper understanding of the industry’s potential.
