Customize your Loox Outgoing Emails to Fit your Brand’s Look
Make sure that your brand is prominent! Loox now enables customization of all outgoing emails we send on your behalf to customers to match your brand’s colors, fonts, and language.
You can make brand-related modifications in review request emails, review reminders, photo reminders, and discount code emails to make sure that every email sent to your customers stands out.
When enabled, you will be able to customize different elements in your customer-facing emails, including:
- Email background color
- Text background color
- Email text color
- Button background color
- Button border color
- Button title color
- Email font & font size
The new look and feel customizations are an addition to text customizations you can make to these emails. All setting updates can be achieved under the Collect Reviews section of your Settings tab in your Loox admin.
