Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 1, 2026
We want everyone to be able to read, listen to, and use eCommerce Fastlane, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions, or other assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the Site. We’re not there on every page yet, and this statement explains where we stand.
What we do
- Use headings, lists, and descriptive link text so pages make sense to screen readers.
- Add alternative text to images in new articles.
- Design for text that can be resized with your browser without losing content.
- Check color contrast and keyboard access when we change site templates.
- Offer written show notes for podcast episodes.
Known limitations
- Older articles in our archive may be missing alternative text or use less consistent heading structure. We fix these as we update them.
- Some podcast episodes don’t have full transcripts yet.
- Pages in languages other than English are machine translated, which can affect how assistive technology reads them.
- Embedded content from third parties, such as video players, podcast players, and partner graphics, may not meet the same standard, and we can’t always change it.
Ask for help or report a barrier
If something on the Site is hard to use, or you need content in another format, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We’ll reply within five business days and, where we can, provide the information in a format that works for you.
