In honor of National Employee Appreciation Day, we’d like to highlight the people that make Hawke, Hawke—our amazing employees. From providing data-driven results for our clients to showcasing their many skills by displaying their artwork in our Hawke gallery, our employees do it all! 

Hawke houses a ton of amazingly talented individuals. Not only are they experts in their respective areas (e.g. content, creative, strategy) but also thought-leaders. When you ask someone at the company what their favorite part about working here is, nine times out of ten, they answer with “the people.” Our workspace was designed for collaboration. We have an open layout that allows employees to easily connect whether that be at their desks, on a couch, or even on our stage. Our environment is one for learning and growing. Our people consistently use each other as resources by either helping each other out for prospect meetings and proposals, sharing articles about new trends in the industry, presenting to university students, or simply answering any and all questions to help each other become a better digital marketer.

Our autonomous workplace allows for individuals to be a part of the change they want to see. At Hawke, we take a proactive approach to continually develop our people. After numerous rounds of conversations and several rounds of feedback, in 2019, we established a workplace wellness program to provide our employees with the tools and resources to boost their overall well-being and productivity in each area of the wellness journey. This year, we’re placing a big emphasis on learning and development. We’ve created a robust training plan to provide employees with the resources to continually develop their management capabilities, leadership, and soft skills. When rolling out new initiatives like these at Hawke, our employee’s involvement is key. Whether that be asking an expert to lead a project or finding fun, creative ways to implement their ideas is always a priority.
