Introducing Attentive’s 2020 Year to Date Report

Introducing Attentive’s 2020 Year to Date E-commerce Revenue Report.

As 2020 comes to a close, we’re taking a look back at a year of pivots, exponential growth, and of course, text messaging!

This year definitely wasn’t what any of us expected. We navigated a lot of unforeseen changes, both personally and professionally. At times, it felt hard to celebrate—but that’s exactly why we thought it was important to take a look back at what we and our customers have accomplished this year. We’re incredibly proud of our team, customers, and community for what they’ve demonstrated in 2020—resilience, passion, and grit to keep pushing forward.

From tripling our team, to driving record-breaking performance for our 2,000+ customers, we experienced many firsts this year.

Explore our Year to Date report to take a look back at some of our favorite moments, highlights, and memories, including:

  • Over 12 million minutes spent on Zoom calls (that’s equivalent to about 23 years!)
  • $4.5+ billion in e-commerce revenue generated by our customers
  • 5 million abandoned carts recovered through reminder text messages
  • …and more!

What a year! Thank you to all of our customers, team members, partners, and investors who’ve made this year our most impactful yet. We look forward to more growth, innovation, and collective success in 2021.

And now, we want to hear from you! Share your favorite stat or accomplishment from 2020 on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram using the hashtag #AttentiveYTD.
