This month, your reviews started showing up somewhere new: inside AI platforms. Alongside that, we added new email themes, your bundles got their own review stories, and managing hundreds of reviews got easier. Here’s everything that shipped this month.

Your shoppers are asking AI about products they want to buy. Now your reviews can be part of that answer. We’ve optimized the Reviews Widget to be readable by platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, so when someone asks about your product, they can show what your customers actually said, turning your review library into a discovery channel.

Your review request emails are often the first touch a customer has after buying, so they should match your brand. The email designer now includes ready-to-use themes you can apply in a single click. Pick your favorite, and your emails stand out in a crowded inbox, no design work required.

The new Collection Reviews Widget displays reviews for every product in a collection, building trust before shoppers click into a product page. Instead of one product’s reviews at a time, shoppers see feedback across the whole collection as they browse.

Send review request reminders, track statuses on your Loox Review Requests page, and build review follow-up flows with richer “Loox review posted” events.

Want to incentivize visual reviews and subscriptions at the same time? Now you can let shoppers redeem their review discounts on subscription products. Plus, with control over the terms, you choose whether the discount applies to all payments or only the first few.

Your product groups and bundles just got their own AI Review Stories. The stories are built from the combined reviews across every product in the group, so shoppers landing on a bundle page get swipeable, visual summaries drawn from everything inside it.

Your Manage Reviews page got an upgrade: new badges show exactly which widgets a review appears in, redesigned pagination makes moving between pages smoother, and bulk selection now carries across pages.

Your featured reviews can now appear at the top of every Reviews Widget across your store, including your homepage and Happy Customers page. Flip the setting on, and your pinned reviews will show first wherever your widgets appear.
