How can you benefit from this integration
With ActiveCampaign <> Judge.me integration, whenever your customers submit a review on Judge.me, you’ll receive the following data as custom fields in your ActiveCampaign dashboard:
- Judge.me Review Body: Content of the review
- Judge.me Review Title: Title of the review
- Judge.me Review Rating: Rating number of the review
- Judge.me Review Product Title: Title of the product where the review is submitted
You can then use these custom fields to create segments of audiences and launch targeted campaigns. For example, a campaign to customers who submitted 5-star reviews.
To enable the integration between Judge.me and ActiveCampaign, follow these instructions. Just copy the API Key provided by ActiveCampaign and paste it into the Judge.me settings.
