At Judge.me, reviews are our bread and butter. We believe in the power of user feedback to strengthen trust between shoppers and online stores, empower individuals to buy with confidence, and help online store owners improve their products and store experience. And we work hard to make the review request process effortless for sellers, whatever platform they use to sell.
So we're pleased to announce our new integration with Amazon, which will allow you to send review requests for purchases made from your Amazon store automatically*.
How it works
Store owners can either enable the integration via the Judge.me app listing on the Selling Partner Appstore, or do it directly in your Judge.me Integrations settings. Just click the “Authorize” button and sign in to your Amazon seller account or accounts. You can choose your review request timing in your Integrations settings.
Then, from five to 30 days after the status of your customer's Amazon order changes to Shipped, we'll trigger a review request to be sent by Amazon. Note that the email will be sent by Amazon and not by us, which means you won't be able to change the content or send reminder emails from the Judge.me side.
Thanks to this new integration, you can automate review requests for customers of your Amazon store. That means more user feedback, more social proof, and more trust – all while saving you time and effort.
