Nosto’s Commerce Experience Platform (CXP) now integrates with REVIEWS.io’s ratings & reviews solution to deliver an enhanced site experience that combines powerful personalization and trusted social proof

New York, March 16, 2023 — Nosto, the leading Commerce Experience Platform (CXP), has launched its native integration with REVIEWS.io to create a hyper-personalized product discovery experience that is enhanced by ratings and reviews to maximize conversions.

This new integration is a turnkey solution that boosts the performance of product recommendations, category pages, and search pages with trusted buyer signals, by importing REVIEWS.io’s ratings and reviews data into Nosto’s CXP.

Retailers can leverage the integration in various ways, the most basic of which is adding review data to product recommendation templates, thus enabling a customer to see how many reviews a product has and its average star rating. 

Other ways retailers can use the integration are creating filters for recommendations based on review data, such as displaying products with a minimum star rating or review count, utilizing review data as a ranking factor to promote or demote products on category listing pages and search results pages, or monitoring product performance in Catalog Explorer to track key product metrics to inform future catalog decisions.
