Raj De Datta is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bloomreach, a cutting-edge company specializing in e-commerce personalization through artificial intelligence (AI) and data management. With a deep background in entrepreneurship, Raj is a seasoned business founder with Bloomreach being hired for his third venture. Raj’s proficiency in ecommerce personalization is complemented by his understanding of search engine algorithms, a wisdom he gained from working with talents who refined Google’s search capabilities. Before establishing Bloomreach in 2009, Raj held the role of entrepreneur-in-residence at Mohr-Davidow Ventures and functioned as Cisco’s product marketing director. He was also part of the founding team at the telecommunications enterprise FirstMark Communications and engaged in technology-focused investment banking at Lazard Freres. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Certificate in Public Policy and International Affairs from Princeton University and an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.
