Customize Products within Facebook Messenger
To encourage Messenger subscribers to visit your site, you can add products into conversations. You can now change the call to action that appears with the product, the destination your product links to or add in a discount. This allows you to find the call to action, destination, or discount that resonates most with your audience.

Launch a Full Conversation From Facebook Comment Capture
With our Facebook Comment Capture feature, you can respond to Facebook comments on your Facebook posts with an automated message increasing opt-ins. We recently added in the ability to create a full conversation from Facebook Comment Capture using Facebook quick replies and buttons. This is an incredible way to encourage opt-ins for your bot and create full conversations that are personalized or focused around content in specific Facebook posts!
Customize Where Your On-Site Messenger Chat is Positioned and Displayed
The customer chat widget is a Facebook Messenger opt-in tool that allows your customers to chat with your Facebook Messenger directly on your website. This is a great way to provide great customer experience, increase conversions, and increase Facebook Messenger subscribers. With our newest updates you can change the placement of your on-site Messenger chat, specify the pages or devices for your on-site chat to display on, and A/B test the changes you make!

Add a Time Limit to Smart Responses
The Smart Responses feature helps your bot become “smarter” by allowing you to write automatic responses to common messages your Facebook Messenger receives. You can now add a time limit for each smart response you create. This allows you to create multiple smart responses and limit the number of times it can be sent to a customer.
Improved Questions Experience
We’ve made improvements to the user experience for creating a Question! With friendlier fields and easy access to exporting question results, you can create questions in seconds.
Upgraded the Welcome Pop-Up Design
We’ve tested multiple designs for Facebook Messenger opt-in tools and found some designs to be higher in converting visitors to subscribers than others. We’ve improved the design of our welcome pop-up to be the highest converting design! This helps to maximize conversions for the welcome pop-up opt-in tool.
