In this edition of the Nosto team spotlight, get to know Jock Leslie, Global BDR Manager at Stackla. He shares what he’s most looking forward to joining Nosto, his favorite sport and what year he would visit if he had a time machine.

Q: What are you most looking forward to as Stackla joins Nosto?

Jock: First and foremost I’m looking forward to getting to know the Nosto team, particularly the SDRs, who I will be working closely with! Nosto is a growing business with many opportunities for career development. I’m looking forward to being trained by those with more experience than me and am excited to use my own experiences to guide current and future SDRs.

Q: What are some of your favorite TV shows or movies?

Jock: The Office (British version) Season 1, True Detectives, The Killing (Danish version), and Stranger Things. Movies would be The Shawshank Redemption, Green Mile, Braveheart, The Departed, Inception, and Gladiator.

Q: What’s the weirdest food you’ve ever eaten?

Jock: Fermented shark meat aka Hákarl. It’s a national dish of Iceland!

Q: What year would you visit if you had a time machine?

Jock: 1920, the start of the Roaring Twenties.

Q: What’s your favorite sport and why?

Jock: Football, because it’s coming home…one day anyway.
