Alex’s journey in location intelligence began in 2007 when he joined Postcode Anywhere, a plucky startup based in Worcester, UK. With a unique educational background combining Classics and Computer Science, Alex witnessed and contributed to fundamental changes in how people interact with the internet, particularly following the iPhone’s launch in September 2007.
Throughout his career, Alex has evolved alongside the company through multiple transformations – from Postcode Anywhere to PCA Predict, and ultimately to Loqate under GBG Plc. His expertise has grown in parallel with the rise of mobile commerce, allowing him to develop deep insights into how location intelligence shapes customer experiences and business operations.
